Abstract:Against thebackground safe production efficient management,traditional safety helmets have single functions canot meet theneeds comprehensive safety protection health management.This paper proposesa design schemeanintellgentsafety helmet system basedonthe STM32F103C8T6single-chip microcomputer.The helmetdoptsa modular design concept integrates functional modules suchas HT1 temperature humiditysensor,MAX30102 heart rate blood oxygen sensor, ATGM336H GPSBeidou dual-mode positioning module.Through these modules,the health statusenvironmentaldatathewearercanbemonitoredinrealtime.Whenthedataisabnomal,analasignalcanbesent inatimely maner,acuratepositionngcanbeachievedwithtehelp tepositionngmodule.At thesametime,thesystem integrates technologiessuchasBluetothcommunicationvoiceinteraction,supportsconvenientdebugginginforation exchangeonmobilepones,improvesuserexperience.Troughtestingverification,theintellgentsafetyelmetsstemcan efectively provideusers withcomprehensivehealthmanagementsafety protectioserviceshas goodapplicationprospects.
