Abstract: Withthedevelopmentoflithiumbatterymanufacturing towards high precisionand intelligence,machine Vision technologyhas become thecore means toimprove productionqualityandeficiency.BasedontheDCCK VisionPlus visual platformofDechuang Intelligent Control TechnologyCo.,Ltd.,this paperconstructsanintellgent detection systemcovering thewholeproductionprocessoflithium batery.Thesystemrealizes the precise positioningoflithiumbatteriesthrough the integration of multi-camera collaborative calibration (positioning accuracy up to±0.1mm ),sub-pixel edge detection,Color Match electrode color matching adaptive image processing algorithm,and industrial communication protocolPROFINET/EtherCAT. The repeatability of size measurement can reach ±0.02mm ,and the accuracy of defect classification and string recognition is as high as 99.5% Experiments show that the system completes the whole process detection of a single batery in 3seconds.The overall performanceis better than the traditional manual detection. The efficiency is improved by 300% and the cost is reduced by 35% It provides a reusable technical paradigm for intelligent manufacturing of lithium batteries.
