Abstract： Under the backgroundof the construction of smart hospitals and the developmentof Artificial Inteligence， “AI+smart healthcare”has become thecore engine topromote thetransformationofhospitaldigital inteligence.Inorderto promote the transformationofsmarthospitals fromsingle-systeminteligencetoglobaldigital intelligence，thispaperexpounds the current situation of information construction in our hospital， and proposes a 64+X9 architecture system that integrates the existingiformationplatformofourhospital torealizetheintensiveconstructionofAIcapabilities.Fromthetwoscenariosof intellgenthealthassistanandintelligentMDT（Multi-DisciplinaryTeam）system，theappliationeffctofthearchitectureis analyzed.Theresultsshowthattheschemeprovidesareusabletechnicalpathandhascertainreferencevaluefortheconstruction of hospital digital intelligence.
