Abstract： With the continuous advancement of global digitalizationand informatization，data traceability technology hasbecomeincreasinglycrucialinensuringdataauthenticitytransparencyandsecurity.Blockchaintechnologywithits characteristicsofecentalzation，mutabilitynddatasecurityaemergedsadealsoutionfordatatraceabilityHoee inthetraceabilitysystem based on blockchain，the immutabilityof blockchain technology poses certain limitations toits application.Toaddressthisisse，tispaperproposesanovelgeneralframeworkforeditableblockchains.Theapproachinvolves decomposing existingblockchains intoadatachainandaregulatorychain，bothofwhichfundamentalyrelyontransactiondata storedintheblockbody.Thetransactiondataoftheregulatorychainrecords themodificationorauditbehaviorsofthedatachain blocks by theregulatorinaspecific periodoftime，soas toensure the supervisabilityandcomplianceof theon-chaindata.
