Abstract：Atpresent，inthequickreportbusinessproces ofFujanSeismicStation，itisecessary toproducequckreport informationreports，ndtheinformationdatasourcesarescateredondiferentservers.Inorder torealizetheautomationof the follow-up work ofearthquakequickreport，the informationaggregation and report automatic output system of earthquake quick report is developed.The system is developed by VB programming，using MySQLdatabase and OLE automation technology， based on JOPENS and EQIMdata procesing system forsecondary development. After the software is deployed and applied in business，theaggregationofquickreport informationand theautomaticoutput ofreport forms arerealized.Theresults of business operation showthat the software shortens thereport output time from 15 minutesoforiginal manualoperation to less thanl minute，whichefectivelyimproves theworkeffciency，informationautomationlevelandservicequalityofquickreport on duty.
