Abstract：The managementsystem introduced in this paperisbasedonESP32 microcontrollerandMQTTprotocol，which isappliedtothesceneoffishsliceprocessing pipeline.Itaims tosolvetheproblemoflowyieldintraditionalproessingand improve the management level offood processing industry. Withthe helpofRFID module and digital weighing module，the systemrealizesreal-timecolectionofrawmaterialframedataandaccuaterecordingofstationprocessnginformation.Thetest results show that the lossrate of the system ranges from 13.65% to 17.40% .Compared with the traditional processing method with a loss rate of about 30% ， it significantly reduces the waste in the production process， effectively solves the problem of low yield in traditional assembly line processing，and improves the management level of the food processing industry.
