Abstract：Aiming atthe problems of low efficiencyand diffculty in closed-loop management of traditional paperbased teaching inspection methods，the universityteaching inspectionplatform based on SaaS model is studied.Anintegrated management platform supporting ispectiontaskconfiguration，mobiledataacquisition，statisticalanalysisandclosed-loop feedback isconstructedbyusingmulti-tenant architecture，RBACpermision controlanddistributed deploymenttechology. Based onthe development of Spring Boot+React technology stack，the MySQL master-slave replicationand Docker cluster deployment functions arerealized.The pilot applicationresultsshow that the platform canimprove the efciencyof teaching inspection by 40% ，shorten the response time of problem rectification by 60% ，and provide a standardized tool for teaching quality management in colleges and universities.
