Abstract： Intheconstruction of smart campus， many administrative ofice systems are built in collges and universities， but these systemsareofenusedas independentsystemsinthedailyadministrativeoficeofcoleges anduniversities.Thereare problemssuchasiultyiintegratingprocsssbetweensystems，difcultyinsharingdatandinconveieceioation. Inordertosolvethe problems existig intheadministrativeofice systemofcolegesanduniversities，this paperdesigs and constructs asetofcollaborativeofice system integrating OAand One-stoponline government services，and constructs an electronicsignature sharingplatform.Through docking integration，the electronicsignaturesharingplatformcannotonlyprovide electronic signatureservices forcollaborativeofcesystems，utalsoprovideelectronic signatureservices forothersystems.The builtcollaborativeoficesystemhasthecharacteristicsofsimpleoperation，datasaring，intelligenceandfeibility.
