Research on Dynamic High-order Functional Connectivity Network Based on fMRl

Abstract: The Functional Connectivity Network (FCN) based on resting-state functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (rs-fMRI),alsoknowasthebainnetwork,hasbeenwidelyappiedithestudiesofhumanbraindiseasesandthefunctional analysis oftheconnections betweendiferent brainregions.Inrecentyears,mostofthe studies havefocusedonthedynamic second-orderfunctionalcomectivitynetwork,andtherearefewstdiesexploringthedynamichigh-orderfunctionalcoectivity network.Based on this,this study proposes a method for constructing a dynamic high-order functional connectivity network basedonrs-fMRI.Inordertodepictthetemporalandspatialchanges betweenbrainregions,feature extractioniscaiedout for the constructed network.Then,a Manifold Regularized Multi-task Feature Learning method (M2FL) isused for feature selection. FinalyamulteeluprtVctoracie(isedforlasifatioeproposdeodispliedtatio experiments on two real brain disease datasets,and the results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
