Research on the Application of Thermocouple Temperature Measurement and Infrared Temperature Measurement in Fire Door Fire Resistance Test

Abstract: In temperature measurement technology, contact temperature measurement and non-contact temperature measurement are two common methods.The common temperature measurement methods are thermocouple temperature measurementandinfraredtemperaturemeasurement.Inthelaboratorytestofthefireresistanceofthefredoor,thethermocouple temperaturemeasurement methodisusedfortemperature measurement.This methodmayhave some limitations in practice.On this basis,theinfraredtemperaturemeasurementmethodis introducedtomeasurethesampletemperature inthefireresistance testof the firedoor.This paper mainlyanalyzes the temperature measurement principleand error sourceof thermocouple temperature measurementmethodandinfrared temperaturemeasurementmethod.Throughthecomparison test,diferentmethods areusedtomeasuretheactualfireresistancetesttemperatureofsteeltheralinsulationfiredoor,anditisoncludedthatthe infrared temperature measurement method has certain advantages in this experiment.
