Research Progress and Application Prospects of Transparent Conductive Films Perovskite Transparent Conductive Oxide Films

Abstract:Indium Tin Oxide (ITO)is currently the mainstream product in the transparentconductive flm market.Due to thescareityof indiumresourcesandothershortcomings,researchers havebeenlookingforotherfilmproducts withexcellnt photoelectricproperties.PerovskiteTransparentConductiveOxide(TCO)is expectedtobecomeapotentialmaterialtoreplace traditionalITObecauseof itsadjustablecrystalstructure,excellntelectrical propertiesandhighvisiblelighttransmitance. This papersystematicallyreviews the perovskite TCO thin films,explains the conductionmechanism of perovskite TCO, summarizestheresearchprogressofdegeneratedopedstannatematerials,trongelectron-relatedoxidesandP-typeperovskite TCOthin films,andanalyzestheinfluenceofstrainonthemobilityofthin films.Thecurrentresearchneeds to face the challengesofP-typematerial mobilityimprovement,arge-areapreparationofthinfimsandapplicationofoptoelectronic devices.Throughcontinuous explorationbyresearchers,itisexpectedtopromote thedevelopmentofoptoelectronicsandother technologies.
