Construction of Management and Service Platform for Collaborators in University Based on Microservice Architecture

Abstract： Under thecurrent employment and extermalcoperation mechanismofcolegesand universities，diferent types ofcollaborators haveemergedInordertorealizetheidentitydata managementofcollaborators andsmoothoutapplication chanelforcertificatemediums，amanagementserviceplatformdedicatedtocollaboratorsisspeciallydesignedandconstructed， sothattheycan usecampus resources for normal studywork andlifein university.By analyzing thecurrent situationand demandsofcollboratorsinuniversitythispaperapplies technologiessuchasmicroservicearchitecture，messagequeue，low code developmentsupporting capability basedonBPMN2.0，and domestic database toconstruct the management service platform forcollaborators with main modules suchas business management，data management，usageasistance and message notifications.Afterconstructionandaplication，this platfom improves the levelofinformatization managementand service for collaborators， providingreference cases for other universities.

0 引言

根据《面向21世纪教育振兴行动计划》指导精神，近二十多年来，高校招生规模有序扩大，使越来越多的学生能获得优质的高等教育，但同时推行高等学校的内部管理体制改革，明确提出了推行聘任制、精简职工队伍、加速后勤工作社会化等具体措施，逐步奠定了目前高校的用人用工机制。（剩余8406字）
