ERP and Intelligent Warehouse Integration for Fine-grained Management of ManufacturingWarehouses

Abstract： In the context of fierce competition in the manufacturing industry，the degree ofrefinement of warehouse management iscrucial tothecostcontrolandoperational eficiencyof enterprises.This study focuses onthe integrationof ERPandintellgent warehouse，and discusses itsaplication inthefne managementof manufacturing warehouses bymeansof theoreticalelaboration，integratedpracticeandbenefitanalysis.Throughspecificpracticessuchasdesigningsystemarcitecture， transforming hardware，optimizingbusinessprocesses，evelopingdocument plug-ins，andconstructingexceptionhandling mechanisms，theeffectiveintegrationofthetwoisachieved.Theresultsshowthattheintegratedmodelsignificantlyimproves inventoryaccuracyand warehousingeficiencyoptimizes warehousecostontrol，andenhances enterprisedcisionupport capabilities.Theconclusion isthattheintegrationofERPand intelligent warehouseisanefectiveway torealize thefine management of manufacturing inventory.
