基于解释结构模型法的食品检测影响因素分析

摘 要:在食品检测过程中,所用蒸馏水的质量对检测结果有一定的影响,除此之外,实验试剂、检测仪器及环境因素也很重要。因此,在食品检测过程中,要综合考虑各种因素才能有效保证整个实验数据的准确性。本文通过解释结构模型法对食品检测过程中的相关因素进行分析,以期为实验室食品检测工作的改进提供参考意见。

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Food Detection Based on Interpretative Structure Model

Abstract: In the process of food testing, the quality of distilled water used have a certain impact on the test results. In addition, experimental reagents and testing instruments and environmental factors are also very important. Therefore, in the process of food testing, we should comprehensively consider these factors in order to effectively ensure the accuracy of the whole experimental data. In this paper, the relevant factors in the process of food testing were analyzed by means of the interpretation of structural model, in order to provide the reference for improving the laboratory food testing work.
