论提高食品检验检测准确性的方法

摘 要：食品质量与人们的健康有着直接的联系。食品检验最重要的环节是保证食品检验的准确性，提高食品检测结果的准确性，使食品安全评估结果更加符合真实情况，为食品安全风险评估提供依据。基于此，本文对提高食品检验检测准确性的方法进行了研究。

Methods to Improve the Accuracy of Food Inspection and Testing

Abstract： Food quality is directly linked to people’s health. The most important part of food inspection is to ensure the accuracy of food inspection， improve the accuracy of food inspection results， make food safety assessment results more in line with the real situation， and provide a basis for food safety risk assessment. Based on this， this paper studies the methods to improve the accuracy of food inspection and detection.
