食品安全监督管理中存在的问题

摘 要：食品安全监督是保障食品安全的重要措施，具有重要的作用。当前我国食品安全面临极大的挑战，对食品安全监督管理提出较高的要求。本文针对食品安全监督管理问题，概述了食品安全监督管理的要求，结合实践分析食品安全监督管理中的问题，提出食品安全监督管理的策略，以期提高食品安全监督管理水平。

Problems Existing in Food Safety Supervision and Management

Abstract： Food safety supervision is an important measure to ensure food safety， and it plays an important role.At present， China’s food safety is facing great challenges， which puts forward high requirements for food safety supervision and management. For the problem of food safety supervision and management， this paper summarizes the requirements of food safety supervision and management， combined with the practice of food safety supervision and management problems， puts forward the analysis of food safety supervision and management strategy， in order to improve the level of food safety supervision and management.

数据显示，2021年31个省市场监督管理局公开发布的食品监督抽检信息涵盖了33大类食品及其他食品，共计抽检1 050 822批次产品，依据相关食品安全国家标准检验，检出不合格样品共计18 340批次，总体问题发现率为1.75%。（剩余4275字）
