微波技术在食品加工中的应用
摘 要:近年来,微波技术在我国民用领域的运用范围越来越广,对国内食物加工能力的提高有着重要的影响。相较于传统技术,微波技术具有高效、节约资源、便捷、干净、营养成分流失少、升温快和温度高等优势,对于食物加工行业具有重要的意义。基于此,本文对微波技术在食品加工中的应用进行了研究。

Abstract: In recent years, microwave technology has been used more and more widely in China’s civil field, which has an important impact on the improvement of domestic food processing capacity. Compared with traditional technology, this technology has the advantages of high efficiency, resource saving, convenience, cleanliness, less loss of nutrients, fast heating and high temperature, which is of great significance to the food processing industry. Based on this, this paper studies the application of microwave technology in food processing.

微波的频率通常为300 MHz~300 GHz,我国普通微波仪器的频率通常为245 GHz,对于工业领域使用的微波,其频率则为915 MHz或者245 GHz。(剩余3725字)
