食品监督抽检样品管理模式探究
摘 要:食品监测中最关键的工作是对于样品的检测和管理,相关监督人员可通过避免直接影响检测结果的因素,进而保证监督工作的质量,并在抽样调查过程中以精、准、细、严和快的管理原则实施工作,通过客观、科学、公正的态度,保证食品安全监管工作的有效开展。

Exploration on the Sample Management Mode of Food Supervision and Sampling Inspection

Abstract: The key work in food monitoring is the detection and management of samples, relevant supervisors can ensure the quality of supervision by avoiding factors that directly affect the test results, implement the work with the management principles of precision, accuracy, detail, strictness and quickness in the process of sampling investigation, and ensure the effective development of food safety supervision through an objective, scientific and fair attitude.
