食品快速检验的常规技术应用分析

摘 要：传统的检测方法需要依托大型检测仪器，存在耗时长、效率低、检测场景不灵活等问题，而快速检验技术具有快速、简便的特点，无需昂贵设备及相关专业知识，可以随时进行检验。本文以食品快速检验的常规技术为研究方向，分析了常规快速检验技术在食品快速检验中的应用，提出加强与完善食品快速检验技术的应用建议。

Abstract： The traditional detection methods need to rely on large testing instruments， there are problems such as long time consuming， low efficiency， inflexible detection scene， and rapid inspection technology has the characteristics of fast and simple， without expensive equipment and related professional knowledge， can be tested at any time.This paper takes the conventional technology of food rapid inspection technology， analyzes the application of conventional rapid inspection technology in food rapid inspection， and puts forward suggestions on strengthening and improving the application of food rapid inspection technology.
