睡眠干预联合疼痛管理对老年髋部骨折术后睡眠质量及疼痛程度的影响

AbstractObjective:Toexplore theefect of sleep interventioncombined withpain management onsleepqualityand pain intensityinelderlypatientswithhipfracturesaftersurgery.Methods:Atotalof11Oelderlypatientswithhipfracturesadmiedto QuanzhouFirst Hospital from January 2O24 toFebruary 2O25were selectedas theresearch subjects.Theywererandomlydivided intoacontrolgroupandanobservationgroupbyrandomnumbertable,with55patients ineach group.Thecontrol groupreceived routinenursingintervention,whilethebservationgroupreceivedslep interventioncombinedwithpainmanagementTeitsburgh SleepQuality Index(PSQI)wasused tocomparethe sleepqualityof patients inthe two groups beforeandafterthe interventionandtheCD-RISCwasusedtocompare thepsychologicalresiliencebeforeandafterintervention.The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used tocompare thechanges in anxiety and depresson of the wo groups,andthe Visual Analog Scale(VAS)wasused tocomparethepain intensityof patients inthetwogroups.Results:The PSQI score,SASscore,andSDSscoreoftheobservationgroupaftertheintervention,weresignificantlylowerthanthoseof the controlgroup;theCD-RISCscoreforpsychologicalresilienceintheobservationgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatof the controlgroup;andthe VASscoreintheobservationgroupwassignificantlylowerthanthatofthecontrol group.Thediferences between the two groups were statistically significant ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion: Sleep intervention combined with pain management canimprove thesleepquality,enhance psychologicalresilience,relieve anxietyanddepresion inelderlypatientsundergoing hip fracture surgery,and efectivelyreduce postoperative pain intensity.Itis worthyof clinical promotionandapplication.
