流程化护理干预对接受胃肠镜检查术患者检查效率及睡眠质量的作用评估

AbstractObjective：Toanalyzetheefectofprogrammednursingforpatientsundergoinggastroenteroscopy.Methods：Atotalof 120 patients whohad gastroenteroscopyfromJunetoOctober 2O24 were selectedasthesubjects fortheexperiment.Thepatients weredividedintotheexperimental groupandcontrolgroup，ith6Ocases.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutinenursingcare，andthe experimentalgroupreceivedprogrammednursing，ndtheefectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.Results：Thesleepqualitykey vital signs and patient satisfaction of the experimental group were beter than those of the control group（ P<0.05 ）. The incidence of negative emotion and adverse reaction in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group（ P<0.05 ） . Conclusion：The programmed nursing measures forpatientsundergoinggastroenteroscopycansatisfythedemandofpatients，stablethe vital signs of patients during the examination，release the negative emotions，and improve the sleepquality.
