AbstractObjective：Toexploretheclinicaleficacyofself-designedAnshen ZhumianFormulacombinedwithalprazolamtablet inthetreatmentofinsomniaanditsinfluenceonsleepmonitoringparameters.Methods：Atotalof116patientswithinsomiawho were hospitalizedinthe Departmentof NeurologybyIntegrated Chineseand Western Medicinein Qingyang SecondPeople'sHospitalfrom March2O18to March2O23wereenroledandrandomlydividedinto two groups，with58cases ineach group.Thecontrolgroup was givenO.4mg alprazolam tabletonceadaybeforeslep，nd theobservationgroup wasadditionall given Anshen ZhuanxiaFormulaonceaday，dividedintotwodoses，fortwo weeks.Ptientsinthetwogroupsof wereobservedbyastandard polysomnography，andthesleepqualityandresults fromthestandardpolysomnographyof thetwogroupswerecompared before andafterhetreatment.Results：Aftertheintervention，there werechanges insleparchitectureintheobservationgroup：thetotal sleptimesigificantlyetended，tetualsleptieigniicantlyicreased，tesleeposetlatencywasignficantlyoe， thefrequencyand durationof wakeaftersleeponset was significantlyreduced，the durationofnon-rapid eye movemensleepstage II（N3）wassignificantlyincreased，andtherapideyemovement slepstage（REM）appeared inadvance，andtheslepffciencywasimproved.ThePSQIscoreof theobservation groupwassignificantlylower thanthatofthecontrol group，withstatisticalsignificance（all P<0.05 ）. Conclusion：Self-designed Anshen Zhupian Formula combined with alprazolam tablet can effectively improve he sleep quality of patients，robust the physical functions，and enhance the mental health，etc.
