Similarly,PtsburghSleepQualityIndex(PSQ)soresdecreasedinothgroupspost-treatment,butweresignificantlylowerin the observation group compared to controls( P<0.05 ). Furthermore,Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74) scores increased inboth groupsaftertherapy, withtheobservationgroupexhibiting significantlyhigherimprovementsversusthecontrol group( P<0.05 ).Conclusion:For older adult patients with hypertension and sleep disorder, the amlodipine-estazolam combinationtherapydemonstratedsgnificanteficcy.Thistherapycanotonlyefectivelyregulatedthebloodpressrelevel, utalsoeffectively optimized the quality of sleep, thereby enhancing the quality of life of patients.
