低温等离子辅助腭咽成形术对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者睡眠的影响

AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatetheefectofcoblation-asisteduvulopalatopharyngoplasty（CA-UPPP）onslpinpatients with obstructive sleepapnea-hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）.Methods：Atotal of OSAHS patientsadmited tothe Departmentof OtorhinolaryngologyatPutian95thHospitalbetweenMay2O23andJanuary2O25wereenroledandrandomlydividedintoacontrol group（ n=50 ） and an observation group（ n=50 ）using a random number table. The control group received conventional uvulopalatopharyngoplasty（UPPP），while theobservation groupreceived coblation-asisted UP（CA-UPP）.Sleep parameters，including maximum durationof apnea（MDA），apnea-hypopnea index（AH），and oxygen desaturation index（ODI），were monitored usinga sleep monitoring system.Sleepqualitywas assessed using the Pitsburgh SleepQuality Index（PSQI）andthe Epworth Sleepiness Scale（ESS）.Qualityof life was evaluated using the Quebec Slep Questionnaire（QSQ）.Results：After intervention， theobservation group showed significantlylower values in sleepmonitoring parameters（MDA，AHI，ODI）and PSQI scorescompared to the control group（ P<0.05） . Conversely，the observation group demonstrated significantly higher ESS scores and QSQ scores than the control group（ P<0.05 ）. All differences between the two groups were statistically significant. Conclusion：Coblation-assistedulopalatopharygoplastyectivelymprovssep-elatedpaametes，anesspualityndicreasoal quality of life in patients with OSAHS.
