睡眠紊乱对男性行为人类免疫缺陷病毒新诊断感染者情绪的影响

AbstractObjective：Toanalyze the impactof slep disorderson theemotions ofmen who have sex with men（MSM）newlydiagnosed with humanimmunodeficiencyvirus（HIV）.Methods：Atotalof40newlydiagnosedHIV-infected men whohavesex with menat QuanzhouFirstHospitalAfiliatedtoFujian MedicalUniversityfromOctober2023toOctober2O24wereselectedas the researchsubjects.Therelationshipbetweediferentemotionalstatesof thepatientsandtheirsleeandtreatmentbehaviors was investigated.Results：Asurveywasconductedonthepositiveratesofdepresionandanxietyinpatients with HIVclinicalsymptoms，sleepdisorders，stress，ndtreatmentbehaviorsrevealedsignificantdiferences，withstatisticalsignificance（ P<0.05 ）； Basedonlogisticegresionanalysis，itwasfoundthatterearemanyfactorsthatafectpatients’anxietyanddepressionotional states，suchasHVlinicalsmptoms，sleepdisorders，tressandtreatmentbhavior.Conclusio：NwlydiagnosedHifected men whohavesexwithmen exhibited significantlyhigherratesof emotionaldistres.Factors contributing toexacerbatedanxiety and depresion included：poo sleepquality，stress，lowengagementandadherence intreatment，and HIVclinical symptoms. Targeted emotional interventions are warranted.
