解郁安神丸联合耳穴压豆对慢性心力衰竭患者睡眠质量的影响

AbstractObjective：To explore the efect of Jieyu Anshen Pillscombined with ear-point presure with beansonslepquality patients for patientswith chronic heart failure.Methods：Atotal of8O cases with chronicheartfailurereceiving treatment in Dezhou Hospitalof TraditionalChinese MedicinefromJanuary2022toNovember2O24 werecolectedastheresearchojects.Al the selected patients were divided into two groups byrandom number table，namelythecontrol groupand theobservation group， with 4O patients in each groups.Patients inthecontrolgroup were given auricular point pressre withbeansonthe basis of conventional western medicine treatment，whilepatientsintheobservationgroupwereaditionallgivenJieyu Anshen pillTecardiacfunction，clinicalefect，sleepqualityandqualityoflifeofthetwogroupswereobservedandcomparedafterone-coursetreatment.Results：SQIscoreofpatientsafterinterventioninbothgroupswassignificantlylowerthan thatbeforethetreatmentand PSQI scoreofpatients intheobservationgroupwassignificantlylowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup.QLQ-3Oscoreof patients in bothgroupsafterinterventionwassignficantlyigherandscoreintheoservationgroupwassignificantlyhgher，comparedtothe controlgroup.LVEDdandLVESofpatientsinthestudygroupafterintervention weresignificantlylowerthanthoseof thecontrol group，andLVEFoftheobservationgroupwasoviouslyhigher.Theclinicalefectoftheobservationwassignificantlybettrthan that of the control group. All these differences showed a statistical significance（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion：Jieyu Anshen pills combined withauricularpoint pressure witheanscansignificantlyimprovethesleepquality，enhancequalityoflife，strengthencardiacfunctionand clinical efect forthe patients withchronicheartfailure.It is worthyof promoting inclinical practices.
