摘 要:本研究采用统计学方法对食用农产品的抽检情况进行了多维度分析,并通过不合格率高位值分级、抽检情况二项分布检验、趋势分析等方法评估食品品种总体风险情况,利用卡方检验对抽检不合格的相关因素进行了验证,对食品品种进行风险画像,提高食品安全抽检计划的科学性和精准性。

Analysis of Sampling Data of Edible Agricultural Products Safety Supervision in 2020—2022

Abstract: This study used statistical methods to conduct multi-dimensional analysis of the sampling of edible agricultural products, and evaluated the overall risk of food varieties through methods such as high value grading of non conformities, binomial distribution test of sampling situation, and trend analysis. The chi-square test was used to verify the relevant factors of unqualified sampling inspection, and the risk portrait of food varieties was carried out to improve the scientificity and accuracy of food safety sampling inspection plan.
