Environmental Monitoring and Control of Clean Zone in Dairy Workshops

Abstract： The environment of clean zone in the dairy workshop have a significant impact on the quality and safety of dairy products. Environmental monitoring and control in clean zone are issues that dairy enterprises must pay attention to， and are also the focus of quality system audit. The article introduced the methods of environmental monitoring and some measures of environmental control in clean zone of dairy workshops. It was expected to provide references for environmental monitoring and control in clean zone of dairy workshops.
