摘 要：本文通过深入分析我国特殊食品风险管理的现状，探讨风险因素来源，针对生产者和监管者提出风险管理措施的建议，以提高我国特殊食品质量管理水平，提升特殊食品行业的市场核心竞争力，助推特殊食品产业的高质量发展。
