食品用瓦楞纸箱抗压强度检测方法的探讨

摘 要:本文讨论使用抗压试验仪对食品用瓦楞纸箱抗压强度的检测方法。通过利用压板对瓦楞纸箱施加压力直至得到“力值-变形量曲线”,如果纸箱的变形量过度,则纸箱不能使用。选择可接受变形量范围内的最大力值为抗压强度值,便于食品企业对瓦楞纸箱进行入库验收和质量控制。

Discussion on Testing Method of Compressive Strength of Corrugated Cartons for Food

Abstract: The paper discusses a test method for the compressive strength of food corrugated cartons by using a compressive tester. Apply pressure to the corrugated box by using the pressing plate until the “force value deformation curve” is obtained. If the carton is tested excessive deformation, it can not be used. When the compressive strength of the carton is within the acceptable deformation range, it is beneficial for the food enterprise to carry out the acceptance and quality control of the corrugated carton.
