影响玉米脂肪酸值测定结果的因素分析

摘 要:影响玉米脂肪酸值测定结果的因素有很多,本文采用国家标准方法测定玉米脂肪酸值,对粉碎磨连续粉碎样品升温情况、样品制备后放置时间和标准滴定溶液放置时间这3个因素进行探讨和分析,为玉米脂肪酸值测定提供参考。

Analysis of Factors Affecting the Determination Results of Fatty Acid Value of Corn

Abstract: There are many factors that affect the determination results of corn fatty acid value. This paper uses the national standard method to determine the corn fatty acid value, discusses and analyzes the three factors of continuous pulverization sample temperature, sample preparation placement time and standard titration solution placement time, so as to provide reference for the determination of corn fatty acid value.
