摘 要：近年来，淀粉及其加工产品的应用更加广泛，进一步推动了淀粉相关产业的持续发展。为完善淀粉产品类型及质量，需对淀粉的深加工产品相关技术进行持续研究和创新。基于此，本文主要针对淀粉与其深加工产品的相关新技术新产品展望进行分析，进而为相关人员提供一定的参考和支持。

Prospect of Starch and Its Deep Processing Products

Abstract： In recent years， the application of starch and its processed products has become more extensive， further promoting the sustainable development of starch-related industries. In order to improve the type and quality of starch products， continuous research and innovation on technologies related to starch deep-processing products are required. Based on this， this paper mainly analyzes the prospect of new technologies and new products related to starch and its deep processing products， and then provides some reference and support for relevant personnel.
