摘 要：本文以农产品质量安全作为切入点，对产品检验与产品质量二者关系开展探讨，并对农产品质量安全的主要影响因素进行分析，阐述仪器检测、无损检测两类技术在农产品检验项目中的具体应用情况，旨在提高检验结果的准确性，避免农产品存在质量隐患，为人们创造安全健康的农产品市场。

Discussion on Factors Affecting the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products and Its Inspection Technology

Abstract： Taking the quality and safety of agricultural products as the starting point， this paper discusses the relationship between product inspection and product quality， and analyzes the main factors affecting the quality and safety of agricultural products. At the same time， it expounds the specific application of instrument testing and non-destructive testing technologies in agricultural product inspection projects， aiming to improve the accuracy of inspection results， avoid potential quality hazards in agricultural products， and create a safe and healthy agricultural product market for people.

1 农产品质量安全的主要影响因素

1.1 工业排放污染
