乌龙茶和花茶中的农药残留问题
摘 要:近年来,随着科学技术的进步,农药的使用愈发普及,在为我国农业生产带来便利的同时也给我国农业生产尤其是茶叶种植带来了一定的负面影响。本文阐述了乌龙茶和花茶中的农药残留现状,分析了乌龙茶和花茶中存在农药残留的原因,提出了乌龙茶和花茶中农药残留的解决措施,以促进我国茶业的进一步发展。

Abstract: In recent years, with the progress of science and technology, the use of pesticides has become more and more popular, which not only brings some convenience to China’s agricultural production, but also has a certain negative impact on China’s agricultural production, especially tea planting. This paper expounds the present situation of pesticide residues in Oolong tea and scented tea, analyzes the causes of pesticide residues in Oolong tea and scented tea, and puts forward the solutions of pesticide residues in Oolong tea and scented tea, so as to promote the further development of China’s tea industry.

我国茶叶无论是内销还是出口,在检测过程中都存在一定的问题,其中农药残留问题较为严重,制约着我国茶叶的正常生产和销售,并对茶叶产业产生一定的威胁,尤其是乌龙茶和花茶,常由于含有大量农药残留而被诟病。(剩余3919字)
