摘 要：依据GB/T 5009.103—2003检测方法，对马铃薯中甲胺磷进行检测，并对其不确定度进行分析，找出影响不确定度的因素，评估不确定度，确定不确定度结果，如实反映测量的置信度和准确度。

Abstract： According to GB/T 5009.103—2003 detection method， methamidophos in potato was detected， and its uncertainty was analyzed to find out the factors affecting the uncertainty， evaluate the uncertainty， and determine the uncertainty results， which truly reflect the confidence and accuracy of the measurement.
