行政执法方面存在的问题和思考

——从丹阳市农产品质量安全的角度看

摘 要：农产品质量安全保障是关系民生的大事，但目前监管农产品质量安全的行政执法方面还存在一些问题。因此，本文依据当前农产品质量安全方面的基本情况，分析农产品质量安全监管中存在的问题，提出农产品质量安全行政执法的建议，以期提高行政执法能力水平，把好农产品质量安全关。

Problems and Considerations in Administrative Law Enforcement

——From the Perspective of the Quality and Safety of

Agricultural Products in Danyang City

Abstract： The quality and safety of agricultural products is a major event related to people’s livelihood， but there are still some problems in the administrative law enforcement to supervise the quality and safety of agricultural products. Therefore， according to the current basic situation of the quality and safety of agricultural products， analyze the problems existing in the quality and safety supervision of agricultural products， put forward the suggestions of administrative law enforcement， in order to improve the level of administrative law enforcement ability， the quality and safety of agricultural products.

农产品质量安全保障是关系民生的大事，其质量安全保障体系日益完善，但是在监管尤其是行政执法方面还存在一些问题，包括推行农产品全方位监管、强化执法力度、完善法律法规体系等。（剩余4513字）
