食品检验实验室检验过程质量控制研究
摘 要:随着人们生活水平的日益提升,食品安全问题日益受到重视。现如今,进入市场的食物品种和数量急剧增长,因此必须对食品检测实验室进行严格的质量管理,才能全面保证食品的质量和安全性。本文从我国目前食品检验实验室存在的问题出发,对如何做好我国食品检验实验室检验过程中的质量控制与管理工作进行探讨。

Research on Quality Control of Food Inspection Laboratory Inspection Process

Abstract: With the increasing improvement of people’s living standards, the food safety problem is getting more and more attention. Nowadays, the variety and quantity of food entering the market have increased sharply. Therefore, strict quality management must be carried out in food testing laboratories in order to ensure the quality and safety of the food. Starting from the problems existing in food inspection laboratories in China, this paper discusses how to improve the quality control and management of the inspection process of food inspection laboratories in China.
