Abstract：The constructionof atmosphere is crucial for information transmision in exhibition spaces and the emotional experienceofaudiences.However，existingstudies haverarelyexplored thesynergisticefectoflight，shadow，andcolorin spatialdesign，leadingtoproblems inpracticalapicationssuchasmonotonousvisualexpressionandinsuficienteotioal communication.Byanalyzingcasesofmuseums，commercialexhibition hals，etc.，andcombiningtheorywith practice，this paper explores theinteractionmechanismoflight，shadow，andcolor，aswellas theirimpactonthespatialatmosphere.Changes intheintensityirectionndtemperature（coldorwarm）ofligtcanehancethesenseofspatialerarchywhileteotrast between lightanddark colorsand theirrhythmic distribution can endow the space with dynamic narativity.Thecombinationof thetwo，togeterwiththetextureofmaterals，cancreatemulti-dmenioalsensorystimuation.Theatioalapplicatoolght shadow，andcolorstrategiescanincreasetheaudience'sstaytimeandcontentmemory.Inthefuture，atentionshouldbepaidto the posibilityofintegrating virtualandreallight，shadow，andcolorafter the interventionof digital technologies.
