Abstract:Contemporary sculpture has broken through the boundaries of traditional materials,and colorhas gradually become the most intuitive tool for expresing ideas andconcepts.With the developmentof technologyandtheintroduction ofcomputer skils,sculptors cancreate morecolors inmetal,plasticorsynthetic materials.Neverthelesstheinadequacyof exploring howcolorconstructsandconveys itsownsymbolic meanings andtheresultingemotional responses stillexists.Inthe eraof globalization,regionalculturaltranslationsandthewideningofthepsychological distancebetween viewers have fully demonstratedtheimportantroleofcolor'srichnessandcomplexityinculturalexchangesindiferentcontexts.Therefor,this paper attempts tostartfromthesymbolic functionand emotionalinteraction logicofcolorin modern sculpturecreationand thenexplain thevalueandsignificanceofcolorlanguage inthree-dimensionalartmodelingform,andatthesametime provide theoretical support for sculpture creation practice as well as inspiration for creation.
