东西部产业转移背景下智能制造类专业集群现代学徒制改革与实践

摘 要：随着产业转移背景下新兴产业的迅猛发展，支撑产业持续发展的人才供给问题，成为区域经济发展所面临的突出矛盾。本文以校企合作为基础，探索基于专业群的现代学徒制人才培养模式，探索新产业格局下“学教研产”融合发展的新路径。

Abstract：With the rapid development of emerging industries under the background of industrial transfer，the problem of talent supply supporting the sustainable development of the industry has become a prominent contradiction faced by regional economic development.Based on the schoolenterprise cooperation，this paper explores the modern apprenticeship talent training mode based on professional groups，and explores a new path for the integrated development of "learning，teaching，research and production" under the new industrial pattern.
