摘 要 随着大数据的发展与普及，人工智能的应用逐渐渗透到教育领域，特别是在语言学习和翻译实践中。这种趋势为英语翻译人才的培养带来了新的挑战与机遇。文章探讨了数智时代现代翻译技术为翻译人才培养带来的机遇和挑战，又在此基础上总结了一系列翻译人才培养的方法和策略，希望能为广大同行提供有价值的参考。

Exploration of Training Methods for Young Translation Talents in the Digital Age

Abstract With the development and popularization of big data， the application of artificial intelligence is gradually penetrating into the field of education， especially in language learning and translation practice. This trend has brought new challenges and opportunities for the cultivation of English translation talents. The article explores the opportunities and challenges brought by modern translation technology in the era of digital intelligence for the cultivation of translation talents. Based on this， a series of methods and strategies for the cultivation of translation talents are summarized， hoping to provide valuable references for colleagues.
