职业胜任力视角下应用型高校专业课程“双导师制”的探索

摘要 基于校企深度合作,以应用型本科高校专业课程为载体,学校教师和企业工程师组成“双导师”,共同对专业课程的教学标准、教学资源、教学模式、实验项目和考核评价等进行全方位改革,教学的每一个环节都注重学生职业胜任力的渗透和培养,从而为学生的可持续发展打下坚实的基础。

Exploration on the "Double Tutor System" of Professional Courses in Applied Universities from the Perspective of Professional Competence

AbstractBased on the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,taking the professional courses of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities as the carrier,school teachers and enterprise engineers form a "double tutor" to jointly carry out an all-round reform of the teaching standards,teaching resources,teaching modes,experimental projects,assessment and evaluation of professional courses. Every link of teaching and learning pays attention to the infiltration and cultivation of students' professional competence,so as to lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of students.

2020年11月,我國教育部、工业和信息化部联合出台了本科高校《现代产业学院建设指南》,强调各本科高校要“围绕国家和地方的重点发展需求,通过校企深度合作强化学生职业胜任力的培养”[1],这为应用型本科高校的应用型人才培养和专业发展指明了新的方向。(剩余3622字)
