课时缩减后地方二本院校大学英语教学面临的问题及对策

摘要 大学英语是高校培养非英语专业学生英语应用能力的主要课程，但是在课时缩减的背景下，地方二本院校的大学英语教学面临着一些困难和问题，文章从学生和教师的角度对这些问题进行分析，并提出解决对策。

On the Problems and Countermeasures of College English Teaching in Local Secondary Colleges after Class Hour Reduction

AbstractCollege English is the main course for colleges and universities to cultivate non-English majors' English application ability. However，under the background of the reduction of class hours，college English teaching in local two colleges and universities is facing some difficulties and problems. This paper will analyze these problems from the perspective of students and teachers，and put forward countermeasures.
