高硫煤在焦化过程中的脱硫技术研究

Abstract:High-sulfurcoal releasesalarge amount of sulfide during thecoking process,which polutes theenvironmentand affectsthequalityofcoke.Therefore,thedevelopmentofefcientdesulfurizationtechnologytoreducethesulfurcontenthas importantindustrialvalueandnvironmentalsignificance.Basedonthecurentresearchstatusofdesulfurzationofhigh-sulfur coal,thispaperanalyzesthesulfuraccumulationpattemandtransformationmechanisminthecokingprocess,proposesa flotation-oxidationcombineddesulfurizationtechnology,andcariesoutexperimentalverification.Thestudyimprovesthesulfur removaleffciencyandensuresthecokequalitybyregulatingtheflotationchemicals,oxidanttypesandreactionconditions.The experimentalresultsshowthatthemethodcansignificantlyreducethesulfurcontentincoal,optimizethephysicochemical propertiesofcoke,andefectivelyreducethesulfuremissonincokinggas.Inaddion,thispaperdiscussestheprospectof industrialaplicationandeconomyofthistechnology,andproposesthefutureoptimizationdirection.Thestudyshowsthatthe flotation-oxidationcombineddesulfurizationprocesscanprovideaneficient,lowcostandenvironmentallfriendlydesulfurzation solution for the coking industry.
