Abstract:Deep-seaenergydevelopment isthecorearea of thecurrntglobalresourcestrategy.The stabilityandsafetyof marinerisersystemworkarethekeyresearchcontentintheoilandgasdevelopmentprocess.Forakeyconnectoroftheentire system,researchonitsstructuralperformanceisindispensable.ThispaperusesSolidWorkssoftwaretoestablishaphysical model,andanalyzestheimpactofthetensileforceonthestructureofthemarineriserfixturewhenthesizeis3O-meter-long riseris12inchesand3OinchesrespectivelybasedonANSYSWorkbenchsoftware.Theresearchresultsshowthat:Thelinear equivalentstresssimulationresultsofthesupportbaseoftheiserfixturearecomparedwiththealowablestresscriterionand thestrength metsthesafetyrequirements,andnoplasticcolapseoccurs.When thesafety factorofthe tensileforceofa 12- inch30-meterriserisamplifiedtothreetimes,itcanbeseenfromthelinearequivalentstresssimulationresultsthatthe strength still meets the safety requirements.
