Abstract:Thispaper proposesandconstructsa dynamic monitoring systembasedonmicrowaveDopplerefect.The system usesmicrowaveDopplerefecttomeasurethewatersurfaceflowvelocity,andrealizesreal-timeflowcalculation bycombining waterleveldataandhydraulicsmodel.Throughthecollborativedesignofhardwareandsoftware,thesystemrealizesthe modularintegrationofperception,transmisionandprocessng.Experimentalvalidationshowsthatthesystemhasanaverage relative error lower than 3% in the 0.5~2.0m/s flow rate range, stable all -weather operation,and strong data continuity. Comparedwiththetraditionalmethods,itisconvenientforinstalltion,lowmaintenancecostandwideaplicationrange.The researchresultsprovideeficient technical support forwaterresourcesmanagementand floodcontroland mitigation.
