Abstract:Thisstudyaddresses the modeling,simulation,andmodelcalibrationof industrialvacuumsystems byproposinga 1Dsimulationmodelcapableofsimulatingthesequentialactivationprocessofmulti-stagevacuumpumps.Themodelintegrates theseriesconfigurationof pumps,system leakage,andthesequentialactivationanddeactivationmechanismsof multi-stage pumps.Byemployingapresure-threshold-basedsubmoduleactivationstrategy,itenablesdynamicsimulationofdiferentvacum stages.Simulationresultsindicatethatthemodelcanaccuratelycalculatetheevacuationprocessandtheultimatevacuum pressure,exhibitingstrongagreementwithexperimentaldata.Thisstudyprovidestheoreticalandengineringsupportforthe precise design of vacuum systems, optimization of vacuum equipment, and fault prediction.
