Abstract：Thispaper proposesanaccuracycontrolmodel basedontheanalysisof erorpropagation mechanism tosolve the problemofaccuracycontrolinbuildingcompletionmeasurement.Researchandidentifythemainerorsourcesinthe measurementprocess，establishmathematical models，andanalyzeerorpropagationpathsandcumulativeefects.This paper combinesnumericalsimulationmethodstodiscuss theimpactoferrorpropagationmechanismonthefinalmeasurementresults， andproposescorespondingerrorcompensationandoptimizationstrategies，With theapplicationofhigh-precisionmeasuring instrumentsandmulti-sensordatafusiontechnology，theprocessingmethodofon-sitemeasurementdataisoptimizedandthe overallaccracyofas-builtmeasurementisalsoimproved.Theaccuracycontrolmodelcanefectivelyreducetheinfluenceof erors，improvethereliabilityofmeasurementresults，andprovidescientifictechnicalsupportandmethodologyforbuilding completionmeasurement.Thisaplicationinengineringmeasurementhasimportantpracticalsignificanceandhaspositieeffect onimproving the quality and efficiency of completion measurement.
