Abstract：Inviewoftheproblemsofsingleclampingmethod，cumbersomeoperation，andloweficiencyofthin-walled complex-shapedparts，basedontheprincipleof vacuumadsorption，avacuum fixtureisdesignedtoachieveprecisepositioning andrapidclamping functions，soastosolveproblemssuchassize，shapeandsurface qualitycausedbyvibrationincuting thin-waledcomplex-shapedparts.Teappicationofthevacuumfixturecangreatlyimproveproductioneffciencyandmachining accuracy，thusprovidingafeasiblesolutionformachiningthin-waledcomplex-shapedpartsandhasgoodpopularizationand application value.
