Abstract:Ashconveyingsystemisakeylinkinfluegastreatmentincoal-firedpowerplants,anditsperformancedirectly affectstheeconomicandenvironmentalbenefitsofthepowerplant.Thepurposeofthispaperistosystematicallyanalyzethe complexgas-solidtwo-phaseflowcharacteristicsinsidetheashconveyingsystemandstudynewflowfieldoptimizationmethods toimprovetheenergyconservationandconsumptionreductionlevelofthesystem.Thestudyusedexperimental methodssuchas feldtestsimulationtofinelymeasurethevelocityfieldandconcentrationfieldinsidetheashconveyingsystem,anddply graspedaseriesoftypicalflowcharacterisicssuchasturbulencefluctuationsandvortexmotioninthesystem.Basedonthe aboveresearch,webuiltamathematicalmodelthatcomprehensivelyconsideredthegasphasevelocityfieldandthemovemntof solidparticles,andusedtheEuler-Lagrangecoupledsolutionmethdtonumericallysolvetheequationset,succesfullyrealizing theintemalflowfieldoftheashconveyingsystem.High-fideltysimulationhasachievedsignificantenergy-savingandfficiency gains,andachievedgodenvironmentalprotectionefects.Thisresearchprovidesnewideasandmethodsforenergyconservation andconsumptionreductioninashconveyingsystemsincoal-firedpowerplants,andtheresearchresultshavebroadenginering application prospects.
